Of course, it's very disappointing to see that this lovely new Oxford shirt (one of our most popular, traditional styles) did not meet your, or our, expectations particularly concerning the non-iron aspect of it. Assuming the shirt is washed correctly at around 30-40 degrees C and then hung to dry naturally, the vast majority (if not all) of the creases should be gone. A quick spin in the dryer can often take care of the rest, as heat helps to activate the non-iron properties within the cotton. We trust the shirt will get better and better with more use and be enjoyed, but you have our 6-month guarantee if not and we will accept it back, of course.

The Oxford weave is a traditional weave that is much-loved by customers for its somewhat thicker and heavier feel, compared to the Twill or Poplin. We appreciate that not everyone will love every weave, however, and that's why we offer a wide array of different options - we're sure we will have one which is perfect for you! By all means, you are welcome to return this shirt to us under our guarantee and we can exchange it for a weave which is more to your liking. The Twill is extremely popular, whilst the Poplin will provide the 'smoothest' feel as it has no discernable texture to the weave.
