Our non-iron shirts are absolutely designed and carefully manufactured to be precisely that, so we are sorry that you haven't experienced this on your shirts. When first receiving/washing the shirts, they may have creases due to being folded and packaged for a time, but these will come out after a wash or two.
Popping the shirts in the dryer is a great way to help with this, as the heat transferred into the cloth helps to activate the non-iron properties within. Ensuring that the shirts are smoothed out by hand after taking them from the washing machine to hang dry is also important, as that removes many of the creases from washing.
