Thank you for alerting us to this, which is certainly very worrying as the tracking from USPS states the order was delivered on 30th August. We understand this was not the case however, and apologise for the concern it has no doubt caused you. A replacement order has duly been arranged, which we'll get sent out to you shortly via an expedited shipping service. Nice shirts. Be aware, though, that their sizes run small. I order half an inch larger than my Brooks Brothers or Bean neck size.
