I was told the shirts were in stock on May 29th, and then they were backordered for a month, without notification, which was changed again, without notification for another month.

I’m extremely sorry that you were not informed of the changes in the arrival dates for this shirt. Our system that automatically updates customers when these rare setbacks are encountered has proved to be tremendously reliable so I really am a loss to explain why it failed on this occasion. When these delays with our suppliers pop up, we too are very frustrated so I completely understand your disappointment here. I truly hope this experience will not make you reluctant to do business with us again in the future as this would be a most irregular one. I’m grateful for your patience.

I shop here almost exclusively for shirts given the balance between price and quality. While the discount emails are helpful, I feel that CT sends too many emails!!

Great shirts. Good fit. The side seam where the cut opens up at the bottom is a little high and sometimes untucks from my slacks. Otherwise, very happy.
