I received a shirt with the wrong cuff. I had to return it so well see how it turns out. Otherwise the service was fine.

I am sorry to learn that this order was not as you expected. Having reviewed this it would appear that while two shirts were requested in French cuffs, the third was requested to be sent with button cuffs when the order was placed online. Please rest assured though that all is not lost. I have left a note for my Returns Team to expect this shirt back and we will be only too happy to ensure that the replacement is sent to you with the desired cuff type as soon as the original arrives back with us. Furthermore, we do not levy any further postage charges against exchange orders so this will be sent with nothing further to pay at all.
