I am very sorry your ordering experience with us has not resulted in you being entirely happy with your purchase. Sometimes the size of the shoe you receive may be influenced to a degree of the model and type of shoe you order. For this reason we do understand that sometimes there is an element of trial and error on your first order to ensure you are correctly fitted. I am sorry that we have sold out on the next two smaller sizes in this shoe and are unable to replace them. If you are confident you will not use these lovely shoes, please return them to us for examination and we may be able to find you something more suitable. I am very sorry again for the inconvenience caused and look forward to a more positive experience.
