Well this is very disappointing and I do apologise that the tie was not to your taste. It is 100% silk so it will be lighter than others, but this would certainly not indicate a lesser quality item. Please do return it for a refund or perhaps contact us for a replacement order as our 7 Fold ties will be considerably heavier.

Staff is always incredibly helpful and, when there is a mistake (regardless of whether it is mine our theirs) every effort is always made to make me feel a valued customer. In my new position, I expect to be a more regular customer going forward.
