Great products. Great service. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to get items shipped from a location in the US as shipping will be faster, cheaper, and provide tracking info.

Quality slipped about 12-18 months ago when prices shifted down to "everyday sale" levels, but things seem up again. I'm probably one of the customers you hate... I only shop at the sales. That said, your slim fit dress shirt fits me better than anything else out there. Now if only you would engineer an equivalent slim fit casual shirt, I would be your customer for life! I'm a 15.5 / 35, and I have a terrible time finding shirts that aren't baggy around my chest!

I like the casual shirts. I have found that the dress shirts shrink over time, which is dissapointing.

Placed approximately 5 orders over last two years. Not yet had a problem and I have loved everything I recieved. Great company great products. The English know how to dress!
