We are disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy your holiday with us. We were not made aware that your dog was a registered disability dog therefore had to adhere to our health and safety rules. All of our guests are charged the same as stated in our pricing tariffs and asked to move their 2nd car to our car park. Regarding the rules about dogs, only 2 dogs are allowed per booking, the family next to you were staying on a pitch and the other family were staying in one of our Pet Friendly caravans. The walk across the dunes is approximately 15 minutes, however, there are many different routes, the safest route may take longer to get to the beach.
We came in contact with the children in your family many times, each time they were very polite, friendly and well behaved. They enjoyed the games room and appeared to be having lots of fun playing in the dunes. We are sorry that you do not wish to visit our Park again. - Melissa
