Your comments above have been noted and passed onto our on-site maintenance team who have checked the villa you stayed in and have responded as follows: * The fridge works fine but the door needed adjusting. Thank you for making us aware as we are now able to fix this. The fridge temperature is controlled by a dial inside the fridge. It gets knocked quite easily and we are sorry you had an issue with the temperature as a result. * One of the dishwasher hinges is looking tired and we have since discovered that it's not possible to replace just the hinge. We will speak to the owner about replacing it. * We are sorry there was no clothes airer in the property and that this was not noticed prior to your arrival. Following your feedback we have placed one back in that property. If you had made us aware during your stay we would have been able to supply one from stock we hold on site. Thank you for your positive comments about the location and the cleanliness of the villa. With regard to upgrading the furniture, this is down to the individual owners and we will be pleased to relay your comments. We do appreciate your review as it is only through honest feedback that we are able to monitor and improve the standards and our services.
