Thank you for your email and letting us know you have safely received your orders. As I explained when you phoned, you placed two separate pre-orders; one on the 13th June and the second order you placed on the 7th September.
Many of our customers order several items so we would not cancel an order without first being contacted by our customer. As you had placed the two orders, and neither product was faulty, we do have to charge for our collection service.
I can confirm we received your return safely and your refund was processed on the 31st October.
