Further to the phone conversation I had with you this morning, DHL advised there was no-one available to sign for the parcel when they attempted delivery yesterday, and a calling card was left. Once again I apologise if the recipient did not receive this.
The delivery has been re-arranged for today, and the courier should attempt delivery again at a similar time as yesterday.
Once again I do apologise for the delay in fulfilling your order, but the parcel should be with you very shortly.
