I am sorry to hear of your disappointment that part of your order was out of stock. Of the two Brandy glasses you had ordered, we did have one in stock, which is why they were listed as in stock on our website. When we became aware of the missing glass, we contacted you immediately to advise you of this, as well as to let you know the approximate lead time from the suppliers.
The shipment from the supplier came in much sooner than the anticipated 4 - 6 weeks and so we were able to fulfil your order within the time advised.
We are looking to incorporate actual stock numbers on our website in the future to prevent problems of this nature from recurring.
