Never sent flowers abroad before but found whole experience very good, simple to do , no problems whatsoever. Really pleased would recommend to others

I ordered flowers and was charged an additional amount that I was not invoiced for. Despite numerous requests from Direct2florist, this issue has not been resolved. I will never use this service again

Thank you very much for your feedback.l We are sorry to see that you were unhappy with the service however i can confirm that we only processed card for the fees shown on your invoice however some banks do charge you for using your card internationally and this is explained on our terms and conditions which you agree to when ordering.
In regards to the emails we have not seen any from your self however we would be happy to refund the extra fee as a goodwill gesture.
