I ordered flowers to be delivered on sat 5/9 as my mother in law passed away no one seems to be able to fulfil my order so why advertise it's available 2 florists now and it's 7/9 still no delivery but they take your money when you order. I requested an orchid cause picked flowers die and a living plant in her memory would be perfect. I have now requested flowers to the same value as they advertise an orchid but no one has one what a joke. Am beginning to wonder if this is a scam. Maybe they will get flowers long after the funeral although after reading the feedback from other disappointed customers the flowers may be dead too. Will never recommend or use direct2florist again maybe they should change their name to direct2dissapointment.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry you were disappointed with the service. Unfortunately your delivery was quite a distance from the closest florist and the earliest delivery that could be done was on Monday. You were advised of this and agreed to go ahead. Also due to the location there were no plants available and you again told us to go ahead.
