Frustrated that they did not deliver on the day I ordered even though it stated that any orders put through before 2pm would get there same day.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry you were disappointed with the service. I can confirm that your order was received around 12 noon which is 2pm in South Africa and the florists had already closed for the day. We tried several different shops to have this delivered unfortunately due to the time difference it wasn't possible.
Despite the delay we sincerely hope the recipient enjoyed the flowers that were delivered
