Flowers arrived promptly and were much enjoyed by recipient who said that they were beautiful. The "sassy" baloon was also enjoyed.

i would like to confirm that the delivery has been received by the recipient on 30/10/2014 and the recipient was very happy. In regards to your complaint the florist was given two different addresses for the same order. The florist followed instructions and went to both addresses, twice each making a total of four attempted deliveries.
Throughout the process the florist has been in constant contact with yourself - we are sorry that despite all the extra effort has resulted in a complaint.
