Easy to order and to choose a day for delivery. Delivered as requested. The only downside is it is delivered on a wooden pallet which I have to dispose of.

Easy to order online, but helpful you can speak with someone in the office to get advice - appreciated free delivery to local area - delivered on schedule. Would use this company again.

We managed to have 'kerbside' delivery by our back gates - only because we specified this in writing when we ordered, which was checked the same day by Eco via a phone call. 'Kerbside delivery' = bags
