Dear Victoria,Our last contact with you was on Friday 6th August, where our Web Orders manager Dejana provided you with the delivery information from the rug supplier whom arranged your delivery. We acknowledge that there has been a delay with this delivery but this issue lies with the courier. We have done our best to keep you updated and we are sorry that you feel that you have not received good customer service. As shown in our delivery information that’s been sent to you, your order was sent 3 days after it was placed. We are doing our best to obtain further information from the rug courier and to reschedule your delivery as soon as possible. Dejana will be in touch within the next few hours. Dear Helen, We are sorry that you have not received an update on your order. All of our rugs are sent directly from the supplier and any delays are relayed back to us, but it seems not to have happened on this occasion. Second time that you’ve asked for feedback and the order still hasn’t been received. We have heard nothing about a delivery date! Either wait until it’s delivered or get 1 star I guess.

Hi there, We are sorry to see you have cause to complain and we are working to put this right for you. As quoted in your confirmation email, deliveries can take up to 2 weeks from time of order but in some circumstances a little longer due to staff shortages in our warehouse facility. I have spoken with our Web Orders manager and I have been informed that we will be in touch with you shortly with an update and delivery date. Kind regards, James

Hi there, We are sorry that you have experienced an issue with your purchase. Each of our ceramic pieces are hand finished and variations in the glaze are a common feature due to the crazing and dripping during the firing process. All of our pieces are checked before packing and I am sorry that you are unhappy with the piece you have received. No problems with India Jane but DPD delivered my parcel to the wrong house.Luckily a neighbour found it for me.

I loved the trays I purchased but the size of the box used to pack them in and the packaging required to fill the box was ludicrous.
