I am sorry you have cause to complain.
I personally spoke to you on the phone regarding your concerns and we did our best to ensure you were kept informed on the Jodhpur being out of stock at our warehouse due to an inventory error. I also phoned our retail stores to locate a jar for you, which was found in our Marlow location, and you were passed to the manager to order to transfer a replacement for you. My colleague and I have endeavoured to put right the disappointment of the out of stock item and hope you can now enjoy it. In regard to the refund, we had advised you that this would take 3-5 working days after processing and it is still within that time period.
