Awful service. India Jane delivered the order to the wrong address and 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for the goods, despite chasing twice.

I think it’s better if you can give a delivery date even if it’s 2-3 weeks later. I had the confirmation of purchase email but nothing after that so better to keep your customers informed.

Hi Westley, I am sorry to hear this. Our order confirmation email warns of a possible wait of up to 3 weeks due to delays caused by the Pandemic and I can see you placed you order 2 weeks ago.
