Hi Deborah, In the rare event an item arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us in the first instance and provide us with photographs of the damage so that we can investigate and provide a solution. This information is on both the returns form and online. We did not receive either from you, but if this was the case your delivery charge would have been refunded. I have personally spoken with our Web Orders manager and they have confirmed that your delivery charge has now been refunded and a replacement lamp has been sent out to you. Kind regards, James

I have already bought again, both times delivery was much less than the quoted dates. The items are perfect for our sofa's, nothing to do with me I only do the ordering.

Hi there, I am sorry that you have experiencedproblems regarding VAT refunds. Our Web Orders manager has confirmed that they had not been made aware of the VAT whilst in communication with you regarding your delivery. In order to process order without the VAT we need to be notified beforehand as this is not a process which can be doneafterwards. As statedon our website we are unable to provide direct international delivery but we are however happy to deliver your goods to your nominated UK-based International Shipper.
