I have not received my order from 23 jan. I have e mailed you but have not had a response. I feel this is poor service.

Hi Joan,
I have personally looked into your order and I can confirm that your order was dispatched on 21st January and ParcelForce left a calling card as no one was home at the time of their arrival. You were also given an option to collect your order from your local post office. This information was conveyed to you by our web orders manager as soon as they received it.

Very quick service , I was kept well informed, goods arrived in perfect condition but I would never buy online again from India Jane due to the excessive packaging

I am sorry to hear you do not wish to order from us again based on our packaging. When dispatching our glassware products we always ensure they are sufficiently packed to ensure minimal breakages to minimise customer disappointment.
