Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear of the issue which has arisen. Looking at this item online it appears it was incorrectly marked as 'heavy'. Had you informed us before selecting click and collect, we would have amended this immediately. This has now been corrected online, but we don't accept this as sloppy poor lazy service, but rather human error. Chelsea, the area our Kings Road store is located is not included in the congestion charge so we are sorry to hear of the inconvenience this may have caused.
