Following receipt of a flawed glass a replacement was with me within 24 hours of me informing them. My set was complete in time for a family Christmas dinner. Polite helpful and efficient.

I'm very sorry to hear of your disappointment. I have personally spoken with our web orders manager and the tracking number on your order doesn't appear to flag up any issues in regard to delivery. Very pleased with the mirrow. Fast delivery and item received was well wrapped up and undamaged. I would recommend the company again.
