I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your purchase. All of our ceramic pieces are hand finished by specialised craftsmen, with whom we have a long established relationship with. The variations in the glaze, surface finish or patina are a result of this process and are not deemed as imperfections or flaws.
I have spoken with our web-orders manager and she has confirmed that we offered you a replacement, but you decided on a refund. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with this particular piece, but I hope you will return to enjoy our pieces once more.
