Unfortunately we were experiencing an unusually high level of orders when yours was placed and as a result your item arrived after our 5 day delivery slot. I'm not sure that it is an 'unusual' occurrence because this wasn't the first time. So for me, in fact, it is a 'usual' occurrence. The fact that I have paid for delivery, in my mind, gives you an obligation to deliver without delay. Some of your competitors don't charge for delivery and still deliver faster. I love India Jane products and I'll shop with you regardless but I just think it is one area that you can improve.

Delivery was a little slower than most internet ordering, but when the goods arrived they were very well packaged (fragile items) and even better than they looked online. Thank you.
