Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear about this. I have personally spoken with our web orders manager and they have confirmed that the courier service we use were unable to deliver your goods due to their driver going to an incorrect address and as a result your purchase was returned back to us. We re-sent your purchase using our own delivery van on the 14th November so your goods will now be with you. We apologise for this unusual occurrence and hope that you are satisfied with your purchase.
