Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, on this rare occasion one of the items was out of stock when you placed your order. I have however confirmed with our web department that a refund was issued the day your order was processed. We apologise that this was not immediately communicated.

Terrible service. Called as needed delivery in 2 days and would have arranged own collection. Told items were arriving 'next day delivery'. Then told it wasn't possible on the day. Absurd.
