I am very sorry to hear you have experienced problems with the switch of our Bee lamp. Rest assured that as soon as you notified us, this issue was investigated as a matter of course. I have personally spoken with our web order manager, Vanessa and she has explained that as the Bee lamp is currently out of stock, we offered to repair your lamp to ensure you receive it back in good time, rather than wait for it to return to stock.
Vanessa also added that she had since spoken with you yesterday and your repaired lamp will be it's way to you shortly. Once again, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience and I hope you can return soon to enjoy our products.
