Fares in general were not competitive and the premium lounge was not value for money in view of extra costs involved ie we would have expected fully reclining seats, however, staff were very efficient
From arrival at Heysham terminal to off-loading at Isle of Man the staff were very helpful, the services provided on the ferry were excellent due to the large amount of travellers for the TT Racing. I
