Thanks very much for your feedback. I have tracked your parcel and can see that it was delivered on Friday 5th August at 15:24. I can see that this is a business address though, so
unfortunately it looks like someone must have taken receipt of the parcel and forgotten to mention it until the following Tuesday.
However, just to explain a little further about our shipping times; our delivery time is 3-5 full working days and your order was placed at 10pm on the Monday evening, which means delivery could be up until the following Monday. 90% of the time orders arrive within 3 (full) working days, however very occasionally at peak times it can be the full 5 working days. However, 5 working days is the maximum amount of time that it would be, and includes any processing time before dispatch.
As we're a very small company we're unable to offer express delivery on the checkout, however if customers enquire with us prior to order we will happily add a next day or express service to an order, wherever possible.
