Thank you for bringing our attention to the fact your order was delivered after Christmas, and I do apologise that your email was missed after we returned from our Christmas closure. Due to the industrial action our recommendation on the website was that orders needed to be placed by the 16th December to guarantee a delivery before Christmas. We apologise that Royal Mail let you down.
