I received a quote online then I had to talk to somebody who was kind and courteous. I set up the plan online. It was quick and easy.

The lady was very helpful and kept giving us time to think as we were unsure to insure or not. In the end we did for piece of mind and any problems fingers crossed not then we get help.

It's ok. Went vet for new puppy. Had ear problem. Then told all future ear problems nor covered. Some reason policy added allergies (skin) which he hasn't got). So will wait and look for better
...

When there is a year problem a skin condition can arise and that could be due to the pet scratching the ear area that can lead to a skin issue. Very quickly dealt with. Claim made directly by the vet which made the process much quicker. Excess paid already so when the claim was paid directly to the vet there was nothing more to be done by us.
