Hi, your consignment was delivered to the top of your stairs outside, unfortunately the driver was unable to carry the goods down the stairs into your home for you. You confirmed receipt of the receiving flooring via photographs on the 16th of June. Delivery was made to you, on your chosen date, and was not abandoned and not delivered as implied. Please get in touch with me urgently to discuss this matter further.
