Hi, your delivery arrived 1 day later than planned (purchased on the 11th, delivered on the 13th, and had 1 damaged pack on. I arranged for this to leave our warehouse the same working day, and was with you the following day (14th)
As we do not have our own fleet of transport, delays/ damage with couriers are unfortunately out with our control, although we do take every precaution to avoid this. For this reason, we sadly could not compensate you, but did replace the pack as agreed to over phone call and via email.
