Would have been marked excellent, however the heavy accent of phone representative reduced this to a good rating. Could not flaw the work and product, just the communication.

Kept ringing trying to sell boarding passes up front couldn't get on to email to print boarding passes to come home had to go to a travel agent at alicante to get our boarding passes then pay them for

We enquire about a holiday they give you other holiday places saying there better had loads of attempts phone calls to get hotel in area we wanted then pesture you for upgrade and boarding passes up front
