No problems with the service, all aspects booked as described, the repeated phone calls trying to up sell all other services was more than annoying.

Really good service, we enjoyed our holiday but won't use Secret Escapes again because of all the phone calls i keep getting from them, it is way over the top !!

Except for too many phone calls , to book seats together, which they wanted to charge us £50 for. We did this our selves at the cost of £6.98.
