Thank you for your feedback. I have only had this new delivery system running for a few days and I'm still ironing out the kinks. I wanted some way of highlighting school orders, and felt this was the best way of doing that. I didn't think people would click on that if the delivery was heading to a home, which is what complicated things with your order and then meant it headed out in the afternoon. I can see that you are disappointed so I'm going to look into how I can word things differently on the website (while still taking care to be careful with Primary and High School orders). Thank you for taking the time to write this. I would like to refund your delivery fee as a token of my appreciation for making me aware of kinks in my new delivery options.
