we thank you for your feedback and the time you have taken to do this. You are correct - it wasn't a straightforward renewal of a policy! You previously just had land insurance with us but your needs changed and you needed a policy suitable for a new house that you are building on the same site. This meant that we had to arrange a brand new policy for you with a different insurer - and, of course, we needed a lot more information due to the complexity of the product required. We thank you for your patience and are sorry it could not have been a simpler process to set up the new insurance.
