We're still investigating about the shower issue, I'll email you privately.

Regarding the air conditioning you've just forgot to empty the water collector placed outside the house. So it leaked from the inside.

The boiler in the kitchen has been found switched off during the inspection at check-out. Perhaps you've just switched off by mistake. It is quite common though. The property owner has advised about it.

We're sorry that you had experienced no internet connection for 24 hr.

Wish Sicily were very easy to deal with but payment methods were frustrating as there was a premium for paying by card and the alternative of international bank transfer is also costly.

Please note that we work closely with property owners and service provided by Laura was actually managed in partnership with her and you dealt directly with her in order to speed up the booking procedure due to the very short notice given (same day of your arrival).

Last minute services are usually more expensive due to the difficulty in finding alternative availability at a more competitive price. I'd like to suggest you to book well in advance in order to get lower prices next time, so I hope we'd have you back to Sicily soon and have a second chance re service pricing.
