The product you have ordered has been recalled by the manufacturer, as per our notes we have tried to reach couple of times, but no luck. Apologies for the delay and any inconvenience caused by this.

I Have never recieved an email (which has been the only line of communication) to let me know this. I only got an email reply when I emailed a month after order to ask where it is and at this time I was not made aware of the recall either.
