Great customer service. One of my packs was not what I ordered and they arranged re delivery the following day and also sent a prepaid package for me to send back the pack that I didn’t order.

75% of the food I ordered arrived months after the Best Before date. I contacted them to let them know and I have yet to hear back.

The team was in touch immediately and explained that it was a labelling mistake, the best before date was meant to be the packaging date, and that the food was perfectly safe. They still offered a refund for the misunderstanding. Cannot fault their response.
