Customer service was very good. I was sent reminders before the course and course information a few days before. The course was delivered on Webex which worked okay for me but some people had problems

We provide over 70 training courses on aviation safety, aviation security and environmental aviation regulation. Our courses take place at various international locations. We also deliver course in-company, anywhere worldwide. Last year alone, we trained over 2,500 aviation professionals from over 60 countries. Our training programmes are based on EASA and ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (as a minimum) and provide the highest levels of practical training to deliver results for individuals and organisations. What sets us apart is our ability to provide training solutions that are quality assured by active UK CAA Regulators as subject matter experts. Our training services are ISO 9001:2015 certified and we are fully accredited by the British Accreditation Council (BAC) – a mark of quality recognised both in the UK and overseas.
