Nice to have the phone answered by a person, and not spending an age pressing buttons!!

Pressed 'send' to soon, so not sure how much I wrote. But I also said that everyone is very helpful, do what they say and 'know their stuff'!!! I would highly recommend Business Octopus, and its nice having different insurance policy's all in one place, and not having to remember who holds different policy's. Phones are also answered very quickly.
