Dear Mrs Woodford. Thank you for taking the time to review us. Following the above complaint I picked up the phone to you in order to smooth things out directly with you to which I feel we did. Sadly the issue was with one individual whom no longer works for the company as you told me.
When we value property we always know what your property is worth as we undertake an Comparative Study of the Market which we present and email across to you post valuation. This clever tool shows all the recent sales coupled with all properties on the market in your area and as such we know exactly what is on the market at the time of valuation. The reason we ask each vendor what they consider the value to be is to ensure we are both 'in-tune' with one other as there is nothing worse when we present our figure and a vendors belief is either much higher or lower!
Finally, I believe that the final result was a good one as we managed to secure you a property to purchase before your property was even sold and subsequently managed to sell your property to which has now completed.
I am sorry the final result was not 100% satisfaction but I am really glad that we could speak about it and I am always here if you wish to discuss anything else!
