Kindly note that my review was not based on thr problem with the product (manufacturing fault) since these things do happen but rather the fact that I had to literally beg for the issue to be resolved. So essentially it was the aftersales service that was terrible. The matter was only resolved after I had phoned on multiple occassions and spoke to several people including management. Also that the problem was made mine initially when I was told that the corporate gifts that I had already handed out would not be replaced or fixed by yourself Gabi since you could only replace what I had not handed out...so it was made my problem so yes thanks for "eventually" solving it...just to clarify what actually happened because your response does not touch on that part.
