When the courier lost 1 of the 2 items (evidence from label on the item received) customer service were very helpful. Ideally they would use a different courier with a trackable service.

Good product at a good price. Ordered 8th Dec, chased 16th Dec, received 17th December. Only 4* because I had no replies to emails after the order but it turned up fine.
