I tried to cancel my online order less than 24 hours after placing it. Was told it wasn't possible to stop the order because it was in the picking area and customer services were unable to communicate

I am sorry if we were not able to cancel your order before despatch. I believe it had reached a stage where we were unable to stop the goods from being sent. I can see the parcels have been refused and we have refunded for the goods returned. I do apologise if the carriage charge was not refunded but will request this is done for you.The comments within your review are noted and I can only apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I can see we replaced the Wallflowers but I am sorry if many of the replacements were either missing or not up to standard.
