Thank you for your feedback, having reviewed the order with yourself and the sales team member, I understand that we supplied your goods on time for your delivery date but did have to revise the price in order to supply on a faster track. I thought that the designer was excellent, updating the information as requested.

I found that the writing on the pen was smaller than anticipated, and that the sales admin was poor and not available when contacted.
